In a Nutshell
June 29, 2005
BookLust pays homage to Maurice Sendak's Nutshell Library.
Maurice Sendak has never dared to write down to children, nor has he ever created a book with the soul purpose of, god forbid, teaching a child a lesson; he understands and remembers what it was like to be a child – all the fear and darkness and pain, as well as the silliness and fun.
Nice.
