"Conga" Singer's Pooch Inspires Book

First-time author Gloria Estefan's picture book, The Magically Mysterious Adventures of Noelle the Bulldog, even comes with CD single. The Miami Herald runs an unilluminating news item about the book, with some odd quotes like," She was having trouble, trying to swim in the pond. She had short legs." (That's Gloria speaking,  in reference to her dog.) The big news to me, though, was that Estefan is retired from the music biz.

There's a Spanish version, tambien.
