Music/Poetry Friday: Ben Folds
May 04, 2007
It's Friday! I'm letting the Ben Folds Five take over with their song "Kate." Who else is talking about poetry in the kidlitosphere today? Find out at Big A, little a, who has the round-up.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one who went with a Poetry Friday SONG! Very fun!

Thanks, y'all. I'm glad you liked the song!
Back in high school, I used to copy down song lyrics and save them.
I love the "And you can see daisies in her footsteps" line in "Kate."

Cheers!

Fun times, fun times.
I think Fighting It should be sung in honor of The Bermudez Triangle Book Banning Incident, 'cause I keep telling Maureen to keep fighting.
