Picture Book Carnival

The teacher-written blog Mentor Texts & More hosts a blog carnival about picture books. (A blog carnival is a roundup of links to posts on a specific subject.) I have an entry there on Chibi: A True Story from Japan, one of our favorites from this summer's reading. I always get new ideas for what to read at blog carnivals.

Go, read. And think of what you'll submit to the next picture-book carnival. Literacy Teacher has the details at Mentor Texts.

Thanks for the mention!

I can't believe I failed to contribute to that. Such a great idea. For shame . . .
